Thank you for choosing The Detail Lab Mobile Detailing! We appreciate your trust in our services and want to ensure that you have a smooth, stress-free experience. Below, you’ll find important details about our policies, designed to keep everything transparent and fair for both you and our team. By scheduling any service with Jett’s, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a $30 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, no worries! Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. In cases where a deposit hasn’t been paid prior to service, it will be collected when taking payment.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as
possible, and we’ll gladly accommodate you.

Vehicle Terms

To provide the best service possible, we ask that you remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Our team is focused on giving your car a top-tier detail, but for safety and liability reasons, we cannot move personal items.

Each job has a set timeframe. If extra time is needed due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other special conditions, an additional rate of $100/hr (billed in 15-minute increments) will apply. If your vehicle requires additional work, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.

For best results, we kindly ask that you remove car seats and booster seats before our arrival. We will do our best to clean around them but cannot remove or reinstall them for safety reasons.

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, and materials may be beyond cleaning. We will always let you know what to expect before we begin.

On-Site Service Terms

We request payment in full on the day of service. If a client cancels multiple times, we may require full payment upfront to secure future appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, staff health, or equipment issues.

For your safety, we ask that you keep a 10-15 foot distance from our work area to avoid any accidental slips or trips. If you need to speak with us while we work, please get our attention from a safe distance.

If a vehicle has hazardous conditions (such as mold, urine, or waste), we may not be able to complete the service and will discuss the best course of action with you.

Photo / Video Rights

We love showcasing our work! By booking with us, you grant permission for us to take and share photos/videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service. However, we will never include license plates, home addresses, or personally identify you without your consent. If you’d prefer us not to share your vehicle’s photos or videos, just let us know beforehand, and we’ll be happy to respect your wishes.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work! If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know at the time of your post-service inspection or within 24 hours. If an issue is due to a missed area or craftsmanship, we will happily correct it at no additional cost.

We do ask that you allow us to address any concerns before seeking outside cleaning or corrections, as unauthorized work will void our service guarantee. If a redo appointment is declined, any refund will be limited to 20% of the service cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the completion of your service. Failure to pay on time will void our service guarantee, and future bookings may require full pre-payment.

If a vehicle has excessive stains, odors, or hazardous materials that were not disclosed at the time of booking, additional charges may apply. If a client refuses necessary additional services, it may impact the results and void the service guarantee.

For legal purposes, any unpaid invoices are subject to an 18% annual interest rate, along with any collection or legal fees required to settle the balance. However, we truly hope we never have to go there!

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection

Before beginning any service, we will inspect your vehicle together to go over any pre-existing conditions. This is your chance to let us know your expectations so we can tailor our approach. Our technicians are required to fill out and document a pre inspection form for all first time customers/appointments in which we will go over with you and fill out during this time. Once we have your approval on the condition and final price, your form will be submitted and saved by The Detail Lab Mobile Detailing for any future reference. If for whatever reason you are not available at the time of arrival/pre-inspection, our technician will still document the damages/condition of your vehicle and submit this form. This does mean that you will be unable to point out any specific flaws in person but our technician will still always do their best to locate any and all concerns and submit them as well as perform the service as quoted for in Urable.

While we do our absolute best, some imperfections (like scratches, stains, or deep-set dirt) may not be fully correctable with detailing alone. We will always be upfront about what is possible and recommend the best solutions for your vehicle’s needs.

Policy Updates & Final Notes
